Once they asked me, why are you traveling alone, what are you looking for? And I answered ...

I am trying to find myself, to re-know myself, to re-find myself, to know who I really am, I learn in each journey of myself and discover what I am capable of surpassing myself.

Faith is the most important instrument to achieve the objectives and when I say Faith, I mean Faith in oneself, without this, there is nothing to do.

When we face situations of personal improvement and the forces seem non-existent, there is always more, there is always more of that force, not for nothing do we have that ability to resurface.

At that time the most important thing to resurface is the memory. Self-love and not pride, if not for the ability to love oneself, because our own essence is still latent in ourselves. Remember that moment when we feel invincible, when we have been able to sacrifice ourselves to unimaginable points to pursue a goal, a dream, the only thing that slows us down are disappointments, frustrations and the passage of time, the years that make us anchored beings to the past with melancholy in his eyes without realizing that the present and future offer us a new opportunity and we are not seeing it. We excuse ourselves over and over again not to give one more push towards our dream ...

And with that said, what do you prefer:

Stay where you are now or on the contrary, try once more to improve yourself and show yourself that you could achieve it.

ONLY FEAR TAKES YOU AWAY FROM YOUR DREAMS

When I mention this phrase, I always remember what was my motivation to reach those goals, I was afraid, afraid of everything and so my life was very limited, but my dreams were so big that my soul pushed me to face them; and seek that approach to what they call ILLUSION.

I put my backpack on my back and decided to travel the world and give free rein to my concerns; I recognize that thanks to everything I experienced, I overcame my insecurities and began to pursue the unattainable.

SPIRITUALITY AND CONSUMERISM SPIRITUAL

I still think these are big questions, since we are talking about two very different concepts.

Spirituality is born from within, the perfect harmony of that connection with your soul, when you know how to listen to your inner voice and you are not subject to standards or stereotypes, and the EGO is nothing more than a part of your most earthly person, nor should it manifest itself in the way that the human being shows and you also have to be able to practice detachment.

Only at that moment, we can say that your spirituality is perfectly channeled and thus you will receive the correct information, however, spiritual consumerism is only a roll, a fashion, a way of reaching a certain type of people who only with that feeling of freedom they believe they have found that connection with their most spiritual part, but it is not like that ...

As beautiful as it seems to be "spiritual" is not achieved just by lighting incense and meditating, it is a path that has been imprinted a lifetime and always requires a sacrifice for the knowledge acquired.
